Rahul Arram is a polyglot engineer with a passion for data and analytics, currently working at Turtlemint as a software engineer. With over 4 years of experience in the industry, Rahul's core strengths lie in system design and architecture, data analytics, and full-stack development. He is a risk-taker who sees opportunity where others see impossibility, and he is always focused on growth and taking flying leaps into the unknown. Rahul is an avid reader and fitness enthusiast who never quits. In his current role at Turtlemint, Rahul has designed and created a data pipeline for sending real-time email notifications to all stakeholders about their teams' monthly and yearly business. He has also worked extensively with Athena, Redis, and Python. Rahul has revamped the complete CRM module with the latest features using ReactJS, Redux, and Django(Rest) frameworks, optimizing page load time by 60%. He has also worked on Apache PySpark and Kafka in building a robust automated notification pipeline, optimizing PySpark SQL queries, and writing unit test cases that resulted in a great fault-tolerance system. Rahul has worked relentlessly on the Insights Analytical tool, which picks data from S3 and performs operations mentioned in the data pipeline, finally plotting data on the frontend using Django AdminLTE. Before joining Turtlemint, Rahul worked as a founding software engineer at airlearn (acquired by teachmint), where he took ownership of building reusable UI components using ReactJS and Redux and contributed towards the backend as well in building microservice architectures by creating REST APIs and performing CRUD operations. He also built microservices using NodeJS, Elastic search, and Mongo DB. Rahul took responsibility for product management and smooth delivery of features and updates to clients and conducted research on product market fit for online education. Rahul has also worked as a software development intern at Hopscotch, where he created RESTful APIs to implement CRUD operations that made the supply chain more efficient, worked in the data engineering team, and performed analytics with Python. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Lovely Professional University and has completed his 12th from Narayana Junior College, Nallakunta, and his 10th from Tejaswi High School, Warangal, Telangana.
